Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if you are not satisfied. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met within 3 days of the date of delivery:

  1. You need to email us at with a valid reason for exchange and images of the product stating the reason for exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  2. All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  3. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  4. Original receipts must be included.
  5. All items must have been purchased originally from FCKBasic.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable on our online portal.

If there is any issue with size, quality, printing, etc., we can offer an exchange, but not a refund. All exchanges are only valid for 3 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods.

Returns/refunds are not acceptable.

The terms and conditions on the website are subject to constant changes and updates without prior notice. We recommend that you regularly review the site for updates. By placing an order with us, it will be assumed that you have accepted the terms and conditions, including any changes.

We will contact you via email for further information on returning the product.


Our customer care executives will never call you to ask for your credit/debit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc. We will never ask for your ATM pin or online password. We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent. By purchasing the product from FCKBasic, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of FCKBasic.
